Henrik Fisker doesn't want to be like Tesla or any of the other startup automakers trying to corner the electric car market, largely by manufacturing luxury vehicles. His company, Fisker Inc., is plotting out a new electric car for under $30,000 that could change the format of the car as we know it. Contributor Zac Estrada talked to Fisker about his plans.
