Description: Located in a renovated 1920’s building, the design at Neuehouse Venice prioritizes open, flexible spaces. From sunlit lounges promoting social interaction to collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, podcast and broadcast studios, a wellness pod, and a dedicated surfboard quiver and shower room. The goal here is to bring together creatives to work adjacent to one another, socialize and experience culture together in a beachside setting.
Pricing & Membership Information: Memberships range from access to coworking areas at $595 a month to “Salon” membership starting at $4,200 a year.
